Refund policy

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY


1. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
Items must not be used, assembled or installed.

Withdrawal requests must be sent to:
mail@designlife.dk or +45 50 90 25 25.


2. Returns

For returns, the customer pays:

  • GLS return shipping (according to GLS rates)

  • Handling fee: 3% of the purchase price

These amounts are deducted from the refund.

Returns from outside the EU must be paid by the customer.

The item must be returned in original condition and packaging.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Demo items

  • Second-sort items

These are sold “as is”.


4. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 business days after inspection and approval.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Any reduction in value may be deducted if the product has been handled more than necessary.


5. Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected:

1st time:
– We resend it once free of charge.

2nd time:
– Customer pays 2 × GLS return shipping
– Customer pays 2 × 3% of the purchase price
– The purchase is cancelled and refunded minus these costs


6. Complaints

You have a 2-year warranty according to Danish consumer law.

Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours and include:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of all sides of the packaging

  • Photo of the shipping label
