2. Products

All products are in stock.
Demo items and second-sort items are sold “as is” and cannot be refunded.


3. Payment

We accept Visa, Visa Dankort, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payment is captured only when the goods are shipped.


4. Delivery

We offer free delivery within the EU via GLS (pickup point, Business delivery or home delivery depending on the product).

Estimated delivery time:
– Denmark: approx. 3 business days
– EU: approx. 7 business days

You will receive an SMS or email with delivery information.


5. Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected:

First occurrence:
– We resend the parcel once free of charge.

Second occurrence:
– Customer pays 2 × return shipping (GLS rates)
– Customer pays 2 × handling fees of 3% of the purchase price
– The purchase is cancelled and refunded minus these costs


6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods.
The item must not be used or assembled.

For returns, the customer pays:
– GLS return shipping
a handling fee of 3% of the purchase price

Both are deducted from the refund.

For returns from outside the EU, the customer covers all shipping costs.

Refund is issued within 14 days after receiving and approving the returned item.

No right of withdrawal for:
– demo items
– second-sort items


7. Depreciation

Any decrease in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item’s nature and function may be deducted.


8. Warranty

You have a 2-year warranty under Danish consumer law.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time — within 2 months is always considered timely.

Special for SORTED:
– must not be used for wet waste
– must be used with bags
Failure to comply may void the warranty.

Valid complaints lead to repair or replacement.
If this is not possible, a partial refund or full refund is granted.

We reimburse reasonable return shipping costs for valid claims.


9. Transport Damage

Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours to mail@designlife.dk.

Please attach:
– photos of the damaged product
– photos of all sides of the packaging
– photo of the shipping label

EU consumers may use the ODR platform:

11. Governing Law

All purchases are governed by Danish law.
